The Virginia Department of Veterans Services (VDVS) downtown Richmond office will be moving October 26th-31st to the James Monroe Building, 101 North 14th Street, 17th Floor, Richmond, VA 23219. Our new office will be operational on November 1st. VDVS is committed to answering all inquiries to our best ability during this time frame, however there may be some delay in response time. The Virginia Values Veterans (V3) Program is a Commonwealth of Virginia Department of Veterans Services Program whose mission is to educate and train employers throughout the Commonwealth on the Value of Virginia’s Veterans, and to help employers connect with these personnel assets to maximize the productivity of their workforce.

Virginia Employment Commission (VEC)
VEC provides job referral and placement resources to assist veterans in finding jobs. Veterans Employment Representatives (LVERs) and Disabled Veterans Outreach Program (DVOP) staff are available in most VEC offices to assist veterans with employment services.
