Contributions are tax deductible to the extent allowed by law  under Internal Revenue Code Section 170 (c) and Code of Virginia Section 2.2.2719.  Check with your tax consultant for more information.

Donations cannot revert to the Commonwealth’s General Fund.  The Veterans Services Foundation is subject to annual audits by the Commonwealth Auditor of Public Accounts.
