The Morsel Family Papers detail their story beginning in Prague, Czechoslovakia when the Germans invaded in 1939, to the family’s escape to Richmond, Virginia, after WWII. Guest historian and Director of Education at the Virginia Holocaust Museum, Megan Ferenczy, takes a closer look at the personal narrative of this family, highlighting the difficulties of immigration during the Holocaust.
