DESCRIPTION:<div>Virginia Veteran and Family Support (VVFS) is piloting a new partnership with Cabana, a virtual platform that offers anonymous live virtual support and wellness activities that focus on many different mental health and wellness topics. Any military-connected individual (all service members, veterans, and family members) can request a free account by contacting VVFS staff.</div><p>&nbsp;</p><div></div><div>VVFS Peer Specialists are hosting weekly mental wellness and skill building groups that are open to all service members and veterans that create an account on Cabana.
