DESCRIPTION:<p>Community Partners of the Eastern Shore's Committee Meeting - Veterans Support Committee will meet on the 2nd Tuesday of each month at the American Legion, Bayside Road, Cheriton VA at 12:00pm.&nbsp; This meeting will follow the already scheduled DVS visit to the Legion that morning.&nbsp; Once a quarter this committee will meet at the American Legion in Parksley at 7:00pm on the 2nd Tuesday on the following dates only - December 10th, March 11th, and June 10th.&nbsp; &nbsp;Please share this information with any veteran you feel could benefit from being a part of this committee.&nbsp; </p><p>Below is the purpose of this committee:</p><ul>    <li>Coordinates the efforts of key community stakeholders in addressing local veteran needs and access to resources. </li>    <li>Builds capacity within our community to address the needs of local veterans.</li>    <li> Builds continuing partnerships with resources to address barriers to veteran specific services.</li>    <li>Provides support and extended resources to local veterans. </li>    <li>Coordinates local veteran specific activities with other CPES partners</li></ul><p><a href="https://cpesva.org/calendar/" target="_blank">https://cpesva.org/calendar/</a></p>
