The Virginia Department of Veterans Services (DVS) has 38 offices across the Commonwealth to serve service members, veterans, and their families. DVS also maintains three veterans cemeteries, four veteran skilled nursing facilities (care centers), and the Virginia War Memorial.

Appointment availability is temporarily limited. We are working diligently to increase capacity and appreciate your patience.   

The Henrico Office operating hours are Monday- Friday 8:00 a.m.- 4:30 p.m. by appointment only. Customer appointments are available between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 3:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday and 8:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Friday.

The Henrico office will be closed to the public on the last business day of the month.
