The Virginia Department of Veterans Services (DVS) has 38 offices across the Commonwealth to serve service members, veterans, and their families. DVS also maintains three veterans cemeteries, four veteran skilled nursing facilities (care centers), and the Virginia War Memorial.

Office Hours: Monday-Friday 9 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.

Customer appointments are available in-person, online or via phone, between the hours of 9 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Appointments are highly recommended. Walk-ins may be seen around appointments, time permitting, but walk-in service is not guaranteed. Appointment availability is temporarily limited. We are working diligently to increase capacity and appreciate your patience. 

Our office will be closed to the public on the last business day of the month.
