Initial Approval Training for New Applicants

Initial Approval Training is a mandatory training webinar for schools seeking initial approval to offer education and training to veterans and other eligible persons. A school that has had its approval withdrawn is also required to attend this webinar when they seek re-approval.

A State Approving Agency’s (SAA) representative, typically the Education Support Specialist, will respond to your Application Request. The representative will send you an invitation to the next Initial Approval Training Webinar. They are scheduled from 9:30 am to 12:00 p.m. on the first Thursday of every month. The 2024-2025 Initial Approval Training dates are as follows:

January 9, 2025
February 6, 2025
March 6, 2025
April 3, 2025
May 1, 2025
June 5, 2025
July 10, 2025
August 7, 2025
September 11, 2025
October 2, 2025
November 6, 2025
December 4, 2025
