Service AreaThe counties of Charles City, Gloucester, Isle of Wight, James City, Mathews, and York. The cities of Hampton, Newport News, Poquoson, and Williamsburg. Also, the Hampton VA Medical Center.
HoursThe Joint Base – Langley Benefits Office Benefits Office operating hours are Monday-Friday (except Federal/State Holidays and scheduled training day), 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Veterans will be seen from 8:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. Customer Appointments are accommodated Tuesday and Thursday between 12:30 p.m. thru 3:30 p.m. and maybe scheduled at https://vesa.dvs.virginia.gov. Walk-ins are welcomed Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
The Joint Base – Langley Benefits Office Benefits Office will be closed to the public on the last business day of the month.
