HoursCustomer appointments are available online or via phone, between the hours of 8:30-4:30 Monday through Friday. Appointments are highly recommended. Walk-ins may be seen around appointments, time permitting, Monday through Thursday only, but walk-in service is not guaranteed. No walk-ins will be seen on Fridays.
Our office will be CLOSED to the public on the last business day of the month.
**Please note our Salem Benefits office should be accessed from the street side frontage of Building 8 as the elevator is not operational. The handicap accessible ramp is also located on the street side frontage of Building 8.**
