Service Area

The counties of Charles City, Gloucester, Isle of Wight, James City, Mathews, and York. The cities of Hampton, Newport News, Poquoson, and Williamsburg. The office specifically serves Langley Air Force Base and Fort Eustis active duty, reservists and veterans. *An unexpired military identification is required for access to this office.

Hours

The Joint Base Eustis Benefits Office (formerly Fort Eustis Benefits Office) operating hours are Monday-Friday (except Federal/State Holidays and scheduled training day), 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.  Veterans will be seen from 8:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.  Customer appointments are accommodated Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday between 12:00 p.m. and 3:30 pm. and may be scheduled at https://vesa.dvs.virginia.gov.  Walk-ins are welcomed Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.

 

The Joint Base Eustis Benefits Office will be closed to the public on the last business day of the month.
